Randall W. Bartee
Randall W. Bartee, Age 53, of Vanceburg, Ky. Passed away Friday May 17, 2013 at Southern Ohio Medical Center Portsmouth, Ohio after a brief illness.
Mr. Bartee was born in Maysville, Ky. May 12, 1960 to Janet Polley Bartee of St. Paul, Ky. and the late James Bartee. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force which he so proudly served from 1978 to 1982. He was a security guard for the United States Enrichment Plant in Piketon, Ohio.
Surviving is his Mother- Janet Polley Bartee- St. Paul, Ky.
One Daughter- Julie Bartee- Fredericksburg, Virginia.
Two Sons- Zack Bartee and Seth Bartee both of Vanceburg, Ky.
One Brother- Tim Bartee- Bowling Green, Ky.
One Neice- Hannah Bartee and one nephew- Alex Bartee both of Bowling Green, Ky.
A Memorial service will be held Thursday May 23rd at 4:00 PM at the Gaydos Funeral Home with Evangelist Kevin Yeager officiating. Interment will follow at a later date at the Green Cemetery St. Paul, Ky.

Reverend Harold L. Killen

Reverend Harold L. Killen, Age 65, of Vanceburg, Kentucky passed away Friday May 17, 2013 at 7:50 PM at the Ohio State University Hospital Columbus, Ohio after a brief illness.
Mr. Killen was born July 15, 1947 in Lewis County, Ky. To the late Omer & Violet McClurg Killen. He was a farmer, retired from Northern Contours. Beloved Pastor of Hilltop Tabernacle Church where his sheep were his family.
Surviving is his wife of 42 years whom he married July 1, 1970 Pauline Kielman Killen.
One Daughter- Teresa Killen Blankenship and her husband Danny of Vanceburg, Ky.
Two Grandchildren- Josef and Sierra Blankenship.
Two Sisters- Wanda and Marty Strong of Garrison, Ky., Clara Killen Cropper McGlone of Vanceburg, KY.
3-Brothers- Jim & Karen Killen of Garrison, Ky. , Thomas & Judy Killen of Vanceburg, Ky., and Earl Killen of Tollesboro, Ky. The special boys whom he claimed as his grandchildren Merlyn and Solomon Falcone. Also several nieces and nephews who will mourn his passing.
Friends may call from 5-9pm Monday and from 8:00am until time of services Tuesday at the Gaydos Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be Tuesday at 1:00PM at the Gaydos Funeral Home with Sister Wilma Erwin and Brother Homer Nolen officiating.

Margie Ann Polley
Margie Ann Polley, Age 69 of Quincy passed away peacefully surounded by friends and family by her side after an extended illness Friday May 10, 2013.
Ms. Polley was born in Vanceburg, Ky on November 23,1943 to the late Adolphus and Cynthia Knell Applegate.
She was a homemaker and worked at US Shoe.

Raymond Smith, Age 34, of Vanceburg, Ky Passed away Wednesday May 8, 2013 at Southern Ohio Medical Center, after an extended illness.
Mr. Smith was born in Newport, Ky November 6, 1978.
Beside his Wife Savannah Smith he is also survived by his Parents Edmund and Judy Smith Peplinski of Wallingford, Ky.

Michael Patrick Brown
Michael Patrick Brown, Age 36, of Charleston, West Virginia Passed away Tuesday May 7, 2013.
Mr. Brown was born at K.I. Sawyer Air Force Base Michigan July 14,1976 to Charles E. Brown and the late Sandra L. Howard.
Mr. Brown is survived by his father Charles E. (Edith) Brown of Garrison, His Grandfather Joe E. (Sue Ellen) Brown of Vanceburg, and three brothers.
A memorial service will be held May 25th at 1:00pm at the First Christian Church in Garrison.

Timothy Walter Loveal Wehagen, Age 44, of Vanceburg, Ky. Passed away unexpectedly Tuesday April 9, 2013 at 2:42 PM at a friends home on Lower Kinney Road.
Mr Wehagen was born in Michigan June 13, 1968 to the late Leon & Phyliss Day Wehagen.
Mr. Wehagen worked for the Smithfield Corporation in Grayson and was working as a Construction worker here in the Vanceburg area.
Surviving is a brother- Frankie Allen Wehagen of East Lansing, Michigan
A cousin -Gladys Potter of Belleville, Michigan as well as many cousins in Ypsilanti, Michigan.
Close Friend Joshua Masko of Vanceburg, Ky.
A memorial service will be held later at the convience of the family.
Burial will be in the Highland Cemetery in Ypsilanti, Michigan.
