Agness L. Clark, Age 89, of Garrison, Kentucky passed away peacefully with her family by her side Thursday February 20, 2026 at her home.
Agness was born in Ribolt, Kentucky May 15, 1936 to the late Fletcher and Ladys Lawhorn Grigson. Agness was a homemaker a loving Mother and devoted wife. She was a member of the Garrison Methodist Church where was a member. She was a hobby farmer liked being outdoors where she would plant her garden and canned her vegetables.
Left to cherish Agness memories is a son- John David Clark of Garrison, Ky.
Two daughters- Rebecca Clark of Portsmouth, Ohio; and Laveda (Roger) Pack of Quincy, Ky.
Four grandchildren- James Whitt, Savanah Whitt, Roger Pack, and Jennifer Pack. Two great-grandsons- Colton Hood, and Benjamin Saunders.
Two brothers- Harold (Ruby) Grigson- Perrysburg, Ohio, and Phillip Dale (Gloria) Grigson- Covington, Ky.
Preceded in death beside her parents was her husband Charles Clark in 2008, sisters- Betty Corns Cooley, Christine Vance, Judy Sparks, and two sisters in infancy. Brothers- Ancil Grigson, Alford Grigson, and Norman Grigson.
Visitation will be Tuesday February 24, 2026 from 11:00 am until 2:00 pm at the Gaydos Funeral Home 159 2nd street Vanceburg, Ky. 41179.
Funeral Services will be Tuesday February 24, 2026 at 2:00 pm with Reverend Tom Charles officiating. Burial will follow in Soldier cemetery Garrison, Ky.
Pallbearers for Agness L. Clark will be James Whitt, Marvin Grigson, Colton Hood, and James Cooley.
