Aila Faye Osborne Paguntalan

Aila Faye Osborne Paguntalan, Age 17, of Garrison, Kentucky passed away Saturday April 30^th, 2022 with her family by her side at St. Marys’ Medical Center in Huntington, West Virginia as a result from injuries sustained from a motor vehicle accident.

Aila, was born in Park Ridge, Illinois July 3^rd 2004 to Don Jorge Paguntalan of Chicago, Illinois and Shanda Osborne of Garrison, Kentucky.

Aila, was a 2022 graduate of Lewis County High school.  She played on the LCHS Volleyball and tennis team.  Was also on the Academic team, President of the FBLA, Beta Club, and HOSA.  Aila’s favorite subject in school was English.  She was into fitness, and beauty pageants, and liked writing reviews for google.

She loved having sushi at Fuji’s in Ashland.  Aila, was accepted at Vanderbilt University with a full ride scholarship.

Left to cherish Aila’s memories are her parents Don Jorge Paguntalan and Shanda Osborne.

One brother- Layne Paguntalan at home.

Half- brother- Raphael Paguntalan of Chicago, Illinois

Paternal Grandparents- Leticia Paguntalan of Chicago, Illinois and Edgardo Paguntalan of the Philippines.

Maternal Grandparents- Oval and Lorna Willis Osborne of Garrison, Ky.

Along with many students, friends and other relatives who will mourn her passing.

A Memorial service will be held Wednesday May 4^th, 2022 at 6:00 pm at the Lewis County High school in Vanceburg, Ky.
