Andrew Kimbler Obituary

Mr. Andrew Jackson Kimbler, Age 70, of Vanceburg, Kentucky passed away unexpectedly Tuesday December 22, 2020 at the Southern Ohio Medical center in Portsmouth, Ohio.

Andy, was born in Vanceburg, Ky.  January 30th, 1950 to the late Andrew and Mary Ann Perry Kimbler.  Andy was a mechanic for the Moore & White Lumber Company and also for the Madden Lumber Company from which he retired from in 2012. He loved tinkering with lawn mowers, weed eaters, anything with a gas engine.  Andy was very proud of his family and adored his grandchildren.

Andy attended the Vanceburg Church of God.

Left to cherish Andy’s memories is his wife of 49 years whom he married in Vanceburg Marilyn K. Redden Kimbler of Vanceburg, Ky.

Two daughters- Donna (Junior) Campbell and Michelle (Phillip) Swords both of Vanceburg, Ky.

Son- David (Sarah) Kimbler of Vanceburg, Ky.

Brother- James Fredrick Kimbler of Vanceburg, Ky.

7-grandchildren and 4- great-grandchildren also survive who will mourn his passing.

Preceded in death beside his parents were sisters- Betty Taylor, Sierra Silvey, Lorene Kimbler, Pauline Kimbler, and Mary Margaret Kimbler.   brothers- John Kimbler and Neddie Kimbler.

Pallbearers for Andrew Jackson Kimbler will be Phillip Swords, Junior Campbell, David Kimbler, Scotty Wright, Gail Hartley and Billy Switzer.

Visitation will be Monday December 28, 2020 from 6-8 pm at the Gaydos Funeral Home 159 2nd street Vanceburg, Ky. 41179

Funeral service will be Tuesday December 29, 2020 at 12:00 pm at the funeral home with Brother Tony Corns officiating.  Burial will follow in the Evans Cemetery on Town Branch.
