Betty (Duff) Bloomfield

Mrs. Betty Bloomfield, Age 80, of Vanceburg, Kentucky passed away Thursday, November 18, 2021 at Southern Ohio Medical Center in Portsmouth, Ohio.

Betty was born in Hazard, Kentucky May 4, 1941. To the late Ewell and Elizabeth (Lizzie) Campbell Duff.  Betty was a retired factory worker.  She loved quilting and spending time with her children and grandchildren.

Preceded in death beside her parents was her husband, Don Bloomfield, sister, Alline Campbell, and a grandson, Eli Stacy.

Left to cherish Betty’s memories are two daughters- Lisa (Roger) Zornes of Emerson, Kentucky, Cindy (Mike) Allen of Firebrick, Kentucky.

One son- Larry (Connie) Stacy of Vanceburg, Ky.

One brother- Everett (Joyce) Duff of Vanceburg, Ky.

Nine grandchildren- Scott Stacy, Aimee Pennington, Becky Hundley, Amanda Howard, Larry Stacy II, Ashley Burns, Andra Bond, Jordyn Bond, and Mya Bond, six great-grandchildren and two great, great grandchildren also survive who will mourn her passing.

Visitation will be Monday November 22, 2021 from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm at the Gaydos Funeral Home 159 2^nd street Vanceburg, Kentucky 41179.

Funeral services will be Monday November 22, 2021 at 1:00 pm at the funeral home with Brother Daniel Miller officiating.  Burial will follow at the Bloomfield cemetery on Dummitt Branch.

Family will serve as pallbearers for Mrs. Betty Bloomfield.
