Betty Caseman Obituary

Mrs. Betty Caseman, Age 80, passed away Sunday May 31, 2020, at SOMC Hospice Center.

Betty was born December 17,1939, in Laurel Kentucky, to the late Wiley and Ola Bloomfield Nolen.

Betty worked at the Vanceburg Nursing and Rehab center as a Food Service supervisor, and the Lewis County board of Education as a cook. She was a member and volunteer at the Lewis County Historical society.

She was preceded in death beside her parents was her husband Clearence Caseman whom she married May 26, 1956 in Vanceburg, Ky. One Son Clearence Caseman Jr., One daughter Carolyn Evans, two brothers Bertram Nolen and Fred Nolen, Seven brothers and sisters in infancy.

Surviving are two daughters Judy (Larry) Carrington and Cathy (Bill) Everman of Vanceburg

Son-in -law Jim Evans of Vanceburg

One nephew whom she raised James Pruitt and several other nieces and nephews

Four Grandsons Dusty Carrington, Andy Caseman, Ryan Evans, Johnathan Everman

13 Great Grandchildren and One on the way.

Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic there will be a private service held. Burial will follow at the Lewis County Memory Gardens in Black Oak, Ky.
