Mrs. Cynthia Kay Kennard, Age 49, of Vanceburg, Kentucky passed away Friday December 25th, 2020 at her home unexpectedly. Cindy as she was known by was born November 15, 1971 in Lexington, Kentucky to Howard and Mary Jo Gregg Wilson of Vanceburg, Ky.
Cindy attended Morehead State University. She worked as a Nurses aid for the Vanceburg Rehabilitation and Health Care Center and also worked for Meadowview Regional Medical Center in Maysville, Ky. Cindy enjoyed cooking and doing her crafts at home as well as traveling with her husband Charles Allen. Her favorite place to travel to was Virginia Beach, Virginia. She also liked to write poems. She Loved her cat Little John.
Surviving Cindy is her husband of 21 years whom she married in Vanceburg September of 1999 Charles Allen Kennard.
Parents- Dr. Howard and Mary Jo Gregg Wilson of Vanceburg, Ky.
Sister- Angelina (John) Begley of Prestonsburg, Kentucky
Step-son- Adam Kennard of Morehead, Ky.
Brother-in-law- Rob (Lisa) Kennard of Vanceburg, Ky.
Several nieces and nephews also survive who will mourn her passing.
A private Memorial service will be held Sunday at the Gaydos Funeral Home 159 2nd street Vanceburg, Ky. 41179 with Brother Wes Cooper officiating.
