Danny C. Lewis, Age 57, of Vanceburg, Kentucky passed away Thursday October 3, 2024 at the Kenton Pointe Hospice Center in Maysville, Kentucky.
Danny, was born in Maysville, Kentucky February 8, 1967 to the late Boyd Clinton Lewis and Barbara Morgan McGowan. Danny was a heavy equipment operator for several years. He loved to go fishing and cook.
Left to cherish his memories are two daughters- Ashley (Andrew) Hilterbrand of Flemingsburg, Kentucky; and Kara (Sean) Sapp of Lexington, Kentucky.
Two sisters- Stacey Johnson of Dayton, Ohio, and Tracy (John) Davis of Vanceburg, Kentucky.
Brothers- Bryan (Shirley) Lewis, Arty McGowan, and Lee McGowan all of Vanceburg, Kentucky.
Step-Parents- Danny (Linda) McGowan of Vanceburg, Kentucky.
Three grandchildren and several nieces and nephews and friends also survive who will mourn his passing.
Preceded in death beside his parents were two nephews Boyd Lewis and Johnathon Davis.
At the family’s request there will be no visitation or services at this time.
