Mr. David Gene Patton, Age 86, of Garrison, Kentucky passed away early Thursday morning September 26, 2024 at Southern Ohio Hospice Center in Portsmouth, Ohio. 

David was born in Pikeville, Kentucky November 6, 1937 to the late Lucian and Minnie Davis Patton.  David worked for the Wonder bread bakery in Columbus, Ohio for several years from which he retired.  He was an avid fisherman, loved playing golf.  David was of the Christian faith.  Most of all he Loved Life!

Left to cherish David’s memories is his wife of 56 years whom he married December 12, 1967 Rose Sanders Patton of Garrison, Kentucky.

Several nieces and nephews along with cousins also survive who will mourn his passing.

Preceded David in death beside his parents were sisters- Reva Blevins, Anna Hughes, Betty Thomas, and Oma Parsons.  One brother Donald Patton.

A memorial service will be held Saturday October 12, 2024 at 1:00 pm at the Gaydos Funeral Home 159 2nd street Vanceburg, Kentucky 41179 with Brother Oval Osborne officiating.
