David Anthony Sander

David Anthony Sander, Age 57, of Aurora, Indiana passed away at his home Friday February 14, 2025 surrounded by his loving family.

David was born June 16, 1967 in Cincinnati, Ohio son of the late John A. and Marie Ann Dills Sander.  David’s passion was rebuilding semi-trucks and restoring classic cars.  David was a machinist for most of his life working at Meisner & Sons and L&L.  David was a master of all trades and could fix anything his kids could ever ask for.

Left to cherish David’s memories is his wife of 35 years whom he married October 20, 1989 in Harrison, Ohio Paula Green Sander of Aurora, Indiana.

Daughter- Megan Sander & fiance’ Daniel Henderson of Aurora, Indiana.

Two sons- Dean (Raegan) Sander, and David Sander Jr. both of Aurora, Indiana.                 

Three grandchildren- Warren, Tatum, and baby Sander.

Sisters- Lisa Tucker of Middletown, Ohio, and Lorrie Huey of Mt. Healthy, Ohio.

Brothers- John C. (Annette) Sander- Hamilton, Ohio; Mitchell A. (Michelle) Sander- West Harrison, Indiana; Steven Matthew (Brenda) Sander- North Bend, Ohio; Brandon (Paige) Sander- Williamstown, Kentucky; and Jacob Sander- Vanceburg, Kentucky.  Along with many relatives and friends who will mourn his passing

Graveside services will be held Monday February 17, 2025 at 2:00 pm at the Sander Family cemetery Vanceburg, Kentucky with the family officiating.  Burial will follow.
