Delores Christine Suttles Obituary

Delores Christine Suttles, Age 82, of Vanceburg, Kentucky passed away Monday January 22, 2024 at her home.

Christine was born in Lewis County, Kentucky April 25, 1941 to the late Elmer and Rosa Sparks McCleese.  She worked as a sales representative for Avon.  She also worked as a dispatcher for the City of Bethel in Bethel, Ohio.  She loved reading and tending to her garden.  Her passion was taking care of caring her grandchildren.  Christine worked for the Clermont Sun in Ohio in advertising.

Preceded her in death beside her parents was her husband Stephen Suttles Jr. in 1992.  Son- Jeffrey Jay Suttles.  Sister- Norma Ruth Anderson, brothers- Stanley McCleese and Carl McCleese.

Left to cherish her memories are two daughters- Lisa Chadwell of Vanceburg, Kentucky and Gina Suttles of Olive Hill, Kentucky.

Sisters- Mae Marshall of Vanceburg, Kentucky and Jeanie Young of West Union, Ohio.

Brothers- Donald McCleese of Sardina, Ohio, and Timothy McCleese of Cincinnati, Ohio.

Six grandchildren- Nick, Miranda, Scottlin, Cassie, Kelli, and Justin.  Several great-grandchildren along with many family members and friends who will sadly mourn her passing.

At the request of the family there will be no services at this time.
