Delta Dawn Applegate

Mrs. Delta Dawn Applegate, Age 46, of Wallingford, Kentucky passed away unexpectedly Thursday October 18, 2018 at University of Kentucky Chandler Hospital in Lexington, Kentucky.

Delta was born in Portsmouth, Ohio September 8, 1972 to the late Delbert and Beatrice Flinders Polley. Delta was a homemaker. She enjoyed gardening, sewing, decorating, and watching CSI. She loved spending time with children, especially her grandson Waylon.

Surviving is her husband Freddy Applegate.

Two sons Austin (Jennia) Applegate of Burtonville, and Cody Applegate of Wallingford.

One Grandson Waylon Applegate of Burtonville.

Seven sisters Kathy Jordan of Vanceburg, Lodena McGlone of Carter City, Sheila (Jerry) Cooper of Vanceburg, Lisa Mittic of Indiana, Donna Polley of Garrison, Missy (James) McClurg of Shelbyville, and Sandra (Billy) Bell of Ashley, Ohio

One brother Ray (Amanda) Polley of Vanceburg

Preceded in death beside her parents was a sister Tammy Lynn Polley.

Visitation will be Sunday October 21, 2018 from 11:00am until 1:00pm at the Gaydos Funeral Home 159 2^nd street Vanceburg, Kentucky 41179.

Funeral services will be held Sunday October 21, 2018 at 1:00pm with Brother Rick Buckner officiating.
