Mr. Gale Hartley, Age 66, of Grayson, Kentucky formerly of Lewis County, Kentucky passed away unexpectedly at his home Sunday April 25^th, 2021.

Gale was born in Toledo, Ohio December 18, 1954 to the late Elza and Doris Kamer Hartley.  In his earlier years Gale worked in construction.  He then   started working for the Lewis County School System as a School Bus driver and in maintenance for over 20 plus years.  He liked to go shopping and loved spending time with his grandchildren.

Surviving Gale is a daughter- Rebecca Carver and her companion (Johnathan Crandell of Vanceburg, Ky.

Two sons- Dale (Kelsi) Hartley of Murfreesboro, Arkansas; and Michael Hartley of Garrison, Ky.

Gale’s companion- Dora Waggoner of Grayson, Ky.

Brother- Tim Hartley of Portsmouth, Ohio

7-grandchildren also survive who will mourn his passing.

Preceded in death beside his parents was his wife Julie L. Mustard Hartley in 2016, brother- Gary Hartley, sisters- Debbie Hartley and one infancy Monda Hartley.

A Memorial service will be held Saturday at 1:00 pm May 1, 2021 Gaydos Funeral Home 159 2^nd street Vanceburg, Ky. 41179 with Brother Tony Corns officiating.
