George A. Royal, Age 62, of the Vanceburg Rehabilitaion and Health Care Center passed away Saturday September 16, 2017 after an extended illness.
George was born in Vanceburg, Kentucky February 28, 1955 to the late Alvin and Goldie Clark Royal. George was a Lewis County High School Graduate. He was an Auto Mechanic for Ford Company Dealership in Vanceburg. He also worked at Uncle Al's Pizza in Vanceburg.
Surviving George is One Son Michael Dylan Royal of Vanceburg
2-Daughters Shelby (Dalton Thurman) Royal and Tammy Bloomfield of Vanceburg
2-Brothers Kevin (Cynthia) Royal of Olive Hill, KY and Brent (Kristi) Royal of Vanceburg
One Sister Betty (Donnie) Brooks of Bucyrus, Ohio
2-Grandchildren
2- Great Grandchildren
Several Nieces and Nephews also survive
Preceded in death beside his parents was his twin sister Georgia Faye Royal,
Brothers Jack Thomas Royal, Homer Lawhorn, and Michael Royal

Services will be Tuesday September 19, 2017, at 11:00 AM at the Gaydos Funeral Home in Vanceburg, Kentucky with Brother Tony Corns officiating. Burial will follow at Black Oak Cemetery in Black Oak, Ky.
Friends may call from 5:00pm-8:00pm Monday September 18, 2017 at the Gaydos Funeral Home 159 Second Street, Vanceburg, Ky 41179 and from 8:00 AM until the time of services Tuesday.
