Mr. Gerratt W. Garrett, Age 82, of Vanceburg, Kentucky passed away Wednesday September 30^th, 2020 at the Vanceburg Rehabilitation and Health Care Center after an extended illness.

Gerratt was born in Frederickson, Virginia November 2, 1937 to the late Forrest Wayne Garrett and Mary Pratt.  Gerratt, in his earlier years worked as a banking clerk for Riggs Bank in Washington.  Also was a Pinkerton Security guard.

He was a member of the Fairview Baptist Church in Fredericksburg, Virginia.

Preceded in death beside his parents was a brother- David A. Garrett in 1999.

Left to cherish Gerratt’s memories is a niece- Tina Dunikowski of Cleveland, Ohio.

Nephew- David Garrett of Lakewood, Ohio.

Graveside services will be held Saturday October 3^rd, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. at Lewis County Memory Gardens Black Oak, Kentucky with Brother Wes Cooper officiating.  Burial will follow.
