Herbert Greg Dummitt

Herbert Greg Dummitt, Age 58, of the Golden Living Center passed away Sunday February 9, 2014 at the Golden Living Center under Hospice care after a brief illness.

Greg was born in Portsmouth, Ohio September 21, 1955 to the late Herbert Allen and Naomi Patton Dummitt.

Greg was a construction worker working with heavy equipment and also worked for Telecom. He was of the Christian Faith and was a veteran of the United States Navy in which he so proudly served.

Surviving are three sisters- Valarie (Johnny) Jones, Beverly Cyrus, and Twanna Gail Carver all of Vanceburg, Ky.

Brother- Homer Wilburn of Vanceburg, Ky.

Several nieces and nephews also survive who will mourn his passing.

Friends may call from 11:00am until 1:00 pm Wednesday February 12, 2014 at the Gaydos Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be Wednesday at 1:00PM at the Gaydos Funeral Home with Brother Tony Corns officiating.

Graveside services will be held at Lewis County Memory Gardens in Black Oak, Ky. At the convience of the family at a later date.
