Jackie L. Johnson III

Jackie Lee Johnson III, Age 31 Vanceburg, Kentucky passed away Monday February 6, 2017 as a result from injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident.

Jackie was born in Portsmouth, Ohio August 5^th, 1985 to Jackie Lee Johnson II of Vanceburg and Carolyn Ann Heddleston of Sharpsburg, Kentucky.

Jackie was a carpenter by trade and also worked in construction in the surrounding area. Jackie was of the Christian faith.

Surviving is his father- Jackie Lee Johnson II of Vanceburg, Ky.

Mother- Carolyn Ann Cooley Heddleston and her husband Rob of Sharpsburg, Kentucky.

Two sisters- Kayla Bloomfield of Vanceburg; Brooklyn Johnson of Portsmouth, Ohio.

Three brothers- Justin (Nichole Gilliam) Johnson; Ryan Bloomfield, and Shawn Tylor Johnson all of Vanceburg, Ky. 3- Step- Children Kayla Burriss, Hannah Cooley, and Brandon Cooley. 2 step grandchildren Kaisyn Burriss and Hayden Burriss. Several aunts and uncles along with numerous nieces and nephews will also mourn his passing.

Preceded in death was his Daughter Kaden Paige Johnson, maternal grandparents Ethel and Theodore Cooley; and paternal grandparents Jackie and Linda Johnson.

Friends may call from 11:00am until 1:00pm Saturday February 11, 2017 at the Gaydos Funeral Home 159 2^nd street Vanceburg, Kentucky 41179

Funeral services will be 1:00pm Saturday February 11, 2017 at the Gaydos Funeral Home with Brother Joe Watson officiating. Internment will folow at the Lewis County Memory Gardens Black Oak, Ky.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Gaydos Funeral Home to help defray funeral expenses.
