Mr. Jan A. ‘Bear’ Kinsel, Age 63, of Vanceburg, Kentucky passed away at his home unexpectedly Wednesday June 30th, 2021.
Bear, as he was known by family and friends was born in Portsmouth, Ohio July 29th, 1957 to the late Louis and Marion Diamond Kinsel. Bear worked in Telecommunications all over the United States. Mostly in Indiana and Utah. He also subcontracted with Lowes installing Tile, carpet, and other floorings.
Bear was a veteran in the United States Army in which he served his country proudly in Korea. He was of the Christian faith.
Surviving Jan are his brothers- Lyndon (Mary Sue) Kinsel of Vanceburg, Ky., Wendell (Sharon) Kinsel of Mt. Orab, Ohio.
Sister- Ronna Sue Kinsel of Shelby, Ohio
Preceded in death beside his parents was two brothers- Kerby Kinsel and Neldon Kinsel.
Graveside services will be held 1:00 pm Wednesday July 7th, 2021 at the Waring cemetery Garrison, Kentucky with Josh Kinsel officiating.
Military graveside rites will be accorded by the V.F.W. Post 5438 Monte Lewis Stamm Vanceburg, Ky.
