John B. Dugan Jr.

Mr. John B. Dugan Jr., Age 68, of Vanceburg, Kentucky passed away Saturday November 13, 2021 with his family by his side at the Southern Ohio Medical Hospice Center in Portsmouth, Ohio after an extended illness.

John was born in Toledo, Ohio June 15, 1953 to the late John B. Dugan Sr. and Sophia Catherine Bevens of Garrison, Kentucky.

John worked for standard Products Manufacturing in Port Clinton, Ohio as a machinist for 13 years.  He also was a mechanic, and a handyman of sorts.

He loved playing his guitar and was Loved by all who knew him.

Left to cherish John’s memories is his Mother Sophia C. Bevens Dugan of Garrison, Ky.

Three daughters- Tina Marie (E.C.) Waters of Metter, Georgia, Tonya D. Mesker and her companion (Tammy) of Freemont, Ohio., and Melissa (Aaron) Dooley of Port Clinton, Ohio.

One son- John D. Dugan III of Sandusky, Ohio

Five grandchildren who also will mourn his passing.

Preceded in death beside his father- John B. Dugan Sr. was brother James Dugan, maternal grandparents- Raymond and Gladys Bevens, paternal grandparents John and Sarah Dugan.

At the family’s request there will be no visitation or services at this time for John B. Dugan Jr.
