Julie Lynn (Howell) Forman

Julie Lynn Forman, Age 50, of Lanesville, Indiana passed away unexpectedly Wednesday December 22, 2021 at her home.

Julie was born in Portsmouth, Ohio March 30^th, 1971 to George and Nancy Patton Howell of Tollesboro, Kentucky.

Julie worked as a manager for the Holiday Inn in Corydon, Indiana.  She LOVED her family and spending time with them.

Left to cherish Julie’s memories beside her parents is a daughter- Brodie Forman of Lanesville, Indiana.

Step-daughter- Katie (Jeremy) Cooper Vanceburg, Ky.

Brother- William (Shawnda) Howell Maysville, Kentucky.

Companion- Jeff Forman of Corydon, Indiana.  Grandson- Lawson Cooper, niece, Harper Howell, aunt Kathy and uncle Jerry Fannin, and aunt Betty and uncle Bill Bradford along with many friends and relatives also survive who will mourn her passing.

Preceded Julie in death was an aunt Diana Patton December 16, 2019.

Funeral services will be Monday December 27^th, 2021 at 1:00 pm at the Gaydos Funeral Home 159 2^nd street Vanceburg, Ky. 41179 with Pastor Tom Cox Jr. officiating.  Burial will follow in the Esham cemetery Petersville, Ky.

Visitation will be Monday December 27^th, 2021 from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm at the Gaydos Funeral Home.

Pallbearers for Julie Lynn Forman will be Bill Howell, Michael Bentley, Chris Campbell, Kevin Campbell, Jerry Fannin, and Justice Campbell.
