Mrs. Kathy Rose Wilson, Age 61, of Vanceburg, Kentucky passed away Friday November 26^th, 2021 at her home.  Kathy was born in Lewis County, Kentucky December 7^th, 1959 to the late Clarence ‘Coot’ Thomas Switzer and Mima Royal Switzer.

Kathy worked for the U.S. Shoe Corporation in Vanceburg.  Also worked as a clerk for Lewis County Foodland and Ron’s IGA.  She loved doing crafts and being outdoors.  She was especially fond of her puppy ‘Sissy’.  Most of all she loved and adored her grandchildren.

Left to cherish Kathy’s memories is her husband Johnny Wilson of Vanceburg, Ky.

Two sons- Aaron (Stephanie Hope) Webb of Vanceburg, Ky., Jason (Jessica Cushard) Webb of Franklin Furnace, Ohio.

Two grandchildren, Wyatt Webb and Gracie Webb.

Sisters- Thelma (Wayne) King of Nevada, Ohio; Sue Kennedy, Robin (Ray) Polley both of Vanceburg, Ky., and Donna (Mike) Grayson of Tollesboro, Ky.

Brothers- Rick Switzer, Tom (Vickie) Switzer, and Charles (Debra) Switzer all of Vanceburg, Ky.

Preceded in death beside her parents was a brother James ‘Bubbles’ Switzer, two sisters Jane Yates and Carol ‘Georgi’ Switzer.

Visitation will be Tuesday November 30^th, 2021 from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm at the Gaydos Funeral Home 159 2^nd Street Vanceburg, Ky. 41179.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday November 30^th, 2021 at 1:00 pm at the funeral home with Brother Tony Corns officiating.  Burial will be at a later date.
