Mary Beth (Nelson) Collins

Mrs.  Mary Beth Collins, Age 57, of Vanceburg, Kentucky passed away Saturday December 7, 2019 at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center in Columbus, Ohio.

Mary was born in Ashland, Kentucky July 11, 1962 to the late Leonard E. and Bonnie Jo Johnson Nelson.

Mary worked for the Powell County School system and recently was working for the Lewis County School system teaching and bookkeeping.  She was a Mother to many.  She was an avid sports fan especially in her children’s activities.

Left to cherish Marys’ memories is her husband of 30 years whom she married April 1, 1989 in Greenup, Kentucky David Collins.

One daughter- Stefanie Collins of Raceland, Ky.

Two sons- Tyler (Amanda) White of Clay City, Ky.; and Cory Collins of Boston, Mass.

Two grandchildren- Zoey Quinn White and Grayson White who will also mourn her passing.

At the family’s request there will be no services for Mary Beth Collins.
