Ms. Mary M. Dean, Age 63, of Vanceburg, Kentucky passed away Sunday July 14, 2019 at her home with her family by her side. 

Mary was born in Concord, Kentucky April 30, 1956 to the late Earl Gene Scott and Edith Kennedy Carol of Vanceburg, Ky.

Mary worked in St. Augustine, Florida as a manager for a camp ground also worked in various hotels.  She also worked in the tobacco industry.  She was a member of the Union Baptist Church.  Mary was an avid fan of Christy racing.  She loved raising her children and adored her grandchildren and great- grandchildren.

Surviving Mary are two daughters- Carman Gloss of Rockford, Tennessee; and Pauletta Stone of Vanceburg, Ky.

Five sons- Steven (Samantha) Scott; and Jonathan (Jessica) Scott both of Vanceburg, Ky.  Charles (Jamie) Scott- Portsmouth, Ohio; Martin (Sharon) Webb and Brian (Michelle) Webb both of Greenup, Ky.

One step-sister- Dottie (Marty) Bayes of Ashland, Ky.

Six brothers- Carlos (Reva) Scott- Piketon, Ohio; Greg (Rita) Scott; Russell (Dreama) Scott; and Harlan (Tonya) Scott all of Vanceburg, Ky.  Jack (Jamie) Scott- Columbus, Ohio; and James (Rhonda) Scott of Petersville, Ky.

25-grandchildren and 22-great-grandchildren also survive who will mourn her passing.

Preceded in death beside her father Earl Gene Scott, was her 1^st husband- Lewis Webb in 1997 and her 2^nd husband- Thomas Dean in 2019.

Sister- Arlos Jean Dyer and a son- Orville Albert Webb.

Funeral service will be Wednesday July 17^th, 2019 at 1:00 pm at the Gaydos Funeral Home 159 2^nd street Vanceburg, Ky. 41179 with Brother Joe Watson officiating.

Visitation will be Wednesday from 11:00 am until time of services at the funeral Home.

Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
