Ms. Melissa Renee Carver, Age 54, of South Portsmouth, Kentucky passed away Tuesday April 15, 2025 at her home.  Melissa was born in Gallipolis, Ohio February 14, 1971 to the late Gary Carver and Betty Hill Carver of Vanceburg, Kentucky.

Melissa, loved to go camping with her family, and enjoyed playing with her dogs.  Melissa loved to garden planting flowers of various types.

Left to cherish Melissa’s memories are two daughters- Andriell Brown of Loveland, Ohio.  Ariane (Glen David) Flinders of Greenup, Kentucky.

One son- Garett Carver of Vanceburg, Kentucky.

One sister- Rebecca Pence -Alexandria, Kentucky.

Five grandchildren- Gary Flinders, Alex Flinders, Gabriel Brown, Alaina Brown, and Esme’ Brown.  Along with several nieces and nephews and other family members who will mourn her passing.

Preceded in death besides her father was a sister- Drema Marshall.

At the family’s request there will be no services at this time.  A Memorial service will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family.
