Randy Clay Ruggles Sr.

Mr. Randy Clay Ruggles Sr., Age 63, of Vanceburg, Kentucky passed away Friday April 8^th, 2022 at Central Baptist Hospital in Lexington, Kentucky.

Randy was born in Maysville, Kentucky January 29, 1959 to the late Norman Lee and Louise Iery Ruggles.  Randy was owner and operator of Ruggles Trucking Company until 2019.  He then started working for the W. B.  Transport Company out of London, Kentucky for the last 3 years.

Randy was a member of the Bethel Methodist Church.  He also liked going fishing, watching U.K. basketball.  He loved traveling all over the country.  He was very fond of his dog (Skip).

Left to cherish Randy’s memories is his wife Robin Baldwin Ruggles of Tollesboro, Kentucky.

Sister- Brenda Himes of Vanceburg, Kentucky.

Brother- Jerry Ruggles of Ribolt, Kentucky.

Several nieces and nephews also survive who will mourn his passing.

Preceded in death beside his parents was a son Randy Clay Ruggles Jr., Companion- Dianna Ruggles, brother- Billy Ray Ruggles, and a special nephew Ryan Patrick Himes.

Visitation will be Tuesday April 12, 2022 from 5-8 P.M. at the Gaydos Funeral Home 159 2^nd street Vanceburg, Kentucky 41179.

Funeral Services will be Wednesday April 13^th, 2022 at 1:00 P.M. at the Gaydos Funeral Home with Pastor Bob Sweeney and Reverend Jack Powers officiating.  Burial will follow in Lewis County Memory Gardens Black Oak, Kentucky.

Pallbearers for Randy Clay Ruggles Sr., will be Rex White, Matthew Cook, Jake Moore, Thayer Himes, Kirk Ruggles, Cale Boggs, Cole Boggs, Raymond Yates, and Honorary pallbearer Darrel Eshmal.
