Reece G. Patton

Reece G. Patton, Age 74, of Vanceburg, KY. Passed away Tuesday April 14, 2015 after a brief illness at Southern Ohio Medical Center.

Reece was born in Garrison, Ky September 5,1940 to the late Ben and Violet Burton Patton.

Mr. Patton was a member of the Laborers Union, and was a avid farmer. He enjoyed spending time with his family, and was a frequent loafer at the Garrison Auction.

Surviving is one Daughter Raeanne Shope of Portsmouth, Ohio

One Granddaughter Sarah Pratt of Portsmouth, Ohio

2 Great Granddaughters Precila and Dahlia Romero of Portsmouth, Ohio

One Sister Phylliss Bare of Greenup, KY

Reece was preceded in death by his wife Wanda K. Patton whom he married January 11, 1963 in South Shore, KY They were married for 41 years. Also a brother Jim Patton.

Funeral Services will be held Friday April 17, 2015 at 1:00pm at The Gaydos Funeral Home 159 2^nd Street Vanceburg KY 41179 with Brother Tim Underwood officiating. Burial will be at the Waring cemetery in Garrison, KY.
