Regina Sue Bloomfield, Age 63, of Vanceburg, Kentucky passed away Thursday July 9, 2020 at her niece’s home surrounded by her family after an extended illness.

Regina was born in Lewis County, Kentucky April 8^th, 1957 to the late Eugene and Susie Blevins Cottingham. 

Regina was a homemaker all her life.  She loved being on her I pad keeping up with all the social news on facebook.  She worried about her children well being and loved spending time with her family.  Regina was of the Christian faith.

Left to cherish Regina’s memories are two daughters- Florence Carroll and Teresea (Tommy) Richmond both of Vanceburg, Ky.

A niece whom she thought of as a daughter Goldie Carrington of Vanceburg, Ky.

One son- Russell (Crystal) Cottingham of Vanceburg, Ky.

One sister- Reva (Chad) Taylor, one brother- Danny Johnson both of Vanceburg, Ky.  12- grandchildren and 14- great grandchildren also survive who will mourn her passing.

Preceded her in death beside her parents was her husband Charles C. Bloomfield in 2014.  Son Charles Collen Bloomfield Jr., and a grandson Hunter Isiah Charles Bloomfield.

Visitation for Regina Bloomfield will be Sunday July 12, 2020 from 9:00 am until 11:00 am at the Gaydos Funeral Home 159 2^nd street Vanceburg, Ky. 41179.

Funeral service will be Sunday at 11:00 am at the funeral home with Brother Tony Corns officiating.  Burial will follow in the Morgan cemetery Head of Grassy.

Pallbearers for Regina Bloomfield will be Bryson Richmond, Dustin Cottingham, Logan Cottingham, Billy Cook, Denver Carroll, and Andy Miller.
