Ruth Ann Heddleston, Age 78 of Vanceburg, Kentucky, beloved wife of 59 years to Robert Heddleston Jr., passed away on Saturday January 16, 2021 at her home surrounded by her family.

Born on June 16, 1942, she was the daughter of the late Alton and Leona (Horsley) Stafford.

Ruth Ann was the owner of Heddleston tax services for almost 40 years. She was a member of the Clarksburg Christian Church for many years.

Besides her husband, she is survived by: her children Rob (Carol) Heddleston and Ryan (Holly) Heddleston; her grandchildren Kalyn (Mike) Felton, Bo (Erin) Heddleston, Autumn (Chris) Horsley, Hunter Heddleston, Kinley Heddleston, and looking forward to the arrival of grandson Ryder Heddleston. 17 Great Grandchildren, many friends, family, and loved ones.   

Ruth was preceded in death beside her parents are her sister Janie Swearingen and her Aunt Evelyn Story.

Services will be Saturday January 23, 2021 at 11:00 a.m., at the Gaydos Funeral Home 159 second street Vanceburg, Kentucky 41179, with Brother Fred Garrett officiating. With burial immediately following at Lewis County Memory Gardens in Black Oak, Kentucky.  

Friends may call from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Friday January 22, 2021 and from 9:00 a.m. and until the time of services Saturday.
