Shirley G. (Hollar) Stanfield

Ms. Shirley G. Kielman Stanfield, Age 78, of Tollesboro, Kentucky passed away Wednesday November 27, 2019 peacefully at her home.

Shirley was born July 31^st, 1941 in Fleming County, Ky., to the late Daniel and Lena Beckett Hollar.  Shirley was a farmer and homemaker all of her life.  She also was a caretaker for the elderly.  Shirley was a member of the Canaan Christian Church and loved spending time with her fellow church members doing church functions.  Shirley was very attached to her dog ‘Sparky’.

Left to cherish Shirley’s memories is a daughter- Donna (Robert) Thurman of Tollesboro.

One son- Nelson (Marsha) Kielman of Tollesboro, Ky.; One sister- Mary Ann (John) Evans of Salt Lick, Ky.; one brother- Junior Lee Hollar of Vanceburg, Ky.

Three granddaughters- Mary Beth Thurman-Tollesboro, Ky.; Makayla (Tommy) Parks- Flemingsburg, Ky.; and Bralyn Kielman of Tollesboro.

One grandson- Nathaniel Thurman of Tollesboro, Ky.

Preceded in death beside her parents was her 1^st husband- Ray Kielman in 1989, her 2^nd husband Brother Worth Stanfield in 2006, brother- Eugene Hollar and two sisters- Helen McRoberts and Christine Karrick.

Funeral services will be Monday December 2^nd, 2019 @ 2:00 pm at the Canaan Christian Church with Brother David Hickerson officiating.  Burial will follow at the Oak Ridge Cemetery Oak Ridge, Ky.

Visitation will be Sunday December 1, 2019 from 5-8 pm at the Canaan Christian Church and one hour prior to services Monday at the Church.

Pallbearers for Ms. Shirley G. Kielman Stanfield are Robert Thurman, Aaron Mack, Tommy Parks, Kyle Bloomfield, Johnny Hord, Wayne Ruark, and Honorary pallbearer Danny Blankenship.
