Mr. Timothy A. Evans, Age 63, of Vanceburg, Kentucky passed away at his home Sunday February 25, 2018.

Tim was born in Lewis County February 11, 1955 to the late Kenneth and Wanda Sapp Evans. Tim worked for the Clark grave vault company in Columbus, Ohio.

Tim was a musician, in which he played bass guitar for the Bluegrass band The Osborne Brothers and Jimmy Martin. He loved attending Bluegrass festivals.

Tim was a family man, who loved his children and adored his grandchildren.

 

Surviving Tim is a daughter- Melissa (Jesse Jr.) Hesler of Maysville, Ky.

Two sons- Timothy W. (Sarah) Evans of Morehead, Ky.; Christopher (Melody) Evans of Maysville, Ky.

11- grandchildren and 1-great-granddaughter.

Two sisters- Angie Evans of Vanceburg, Ky.; and Amy Bolander of Mays Lick, Ky.

Special companion- Linda Bolander of Garrison, Ky.

Several nieces and nephews also survive who will mourn his passing.

 

Preceded in death beside his parents was a granddaughter Jaelynn Hesler, one brother- Ronnie Evans, and a sister – Pamela Evans.

 

Funeral services will be Friday March 2^nd, 2018 at 1:00 pm at the Gaydos Funeral Home 159 2^nd street Vanceburg, Kentucky 41179 with Brother Tony Corns officiating. Burial will follow in the Lewis County Memory Gardens Black Oak, Ky.

Visitation will be Friday from 10:00am until time of services at the funeral home.

 

Pallbearers for Mr. Timothy A. Evans will be Trey Evans, Austin Evans, Dawson Smith, Jayven Hesler, Matt Evans, and Johnny Evans.
